Our Online ordering is available 24 hours a day unless otherwise stated.

Do you offer Online Gift Cards?

At the moment unfortunately this is not an option we have available, however our team are working on creating this option soon, so watch this space.

When will my order be processed?

We strive to process every order the day that we receive them and are sent out within one to two days, unless this is a special order or stated otherwise.

Will i receive confirmation of my purchase?

After you have submitted your payment online you will then get an email confirmation with the order number, you will also be given a shipping update when your order has been sent out for delivery.

I have ordered a hat but I’ve been sent an email about it being on backorder.

Although we try to ensure this doesn’t happen Sometimes we may temporarily run out of stock of certain lines due to high demand, If this does happen we will email you immediately with the expected shipping date.

Most orders that are backlogged should be returned within 2 weeks and we will make sure to email you with this update so you are able to purchase. We will cancel the order if this is something you decide you prefer.


How do I cancel or change my order?

You may request a cancellation to your order by emailing us, be sure to include your name, address and order confirmation number with the email we can contact you on with full information on the change you want. Once we have changed you order we will notify by email confirmation.

If we are unable to change or cancel your order, we will notify you promptly.

If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it at this point. Delivery charges will not be refunded and it will be the customers responsibility to return it back or if the order is refused upon receipt.

What if I need a refund?

In the event that you require a refund, it will be the customers responsibility to return the hat back to us. Refunds will be processed upon confirmation of receipt of the item in question, and may take between 5-10 working days. Although we always aim to resolve these matters as quickly as possible, funds can sometimes take more than one day to clear in your account.

Please choose carefully as refunds or returns are generally not permitted unless authorised at the sole discretion of Stanfords hats.

Please note: Our fascinators and custom made for occasion hats are not eligible for a refund. If a return on any of these items is accepted it will be for store credit only.

Item(s) should be returned using recorded delivery in their original condition and using all the packaging and packing they arrived in.

Some of the reasons for refusal of a return and subsequent refund are listed below:

  • You change your mind or no longer want the goods

  • You realise you can't afford the goods;

  • You found the same item elsewhere;

  • You chose the wrong style or colour;

  • You make a wrong selection

  • You decide the style or colour you choose is not suitable;

  • You are responsible for damaging the products.
